The Christian and our Goal

Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours
John 4: 35-38

If you are like me then you have been walking with the Lord a few years and are a young child in Christ. Although we may not be as experienced as the older brethren, we still have that foundation in the King of Kings, Christ Jesus.

I come shortly to tell everyone to know your true objectives. We do not fight these spiritual battles simply for material gain or rewards in Heaven. Our main concern isn't how much wealth God will give us in His kingdom. Our true and first concern should be how we can glorify the Lord in this dark world. Also know that if the Lord Christ is with you, you should be an ambassador of His Kingdom. That not only means acting like you are of the kingdom of Heaven but also trying to bring as many people unto the Lord's salvation. Imagine if every Christian did his part, we may be able to help Billions of people seek the Lord's kingdom to their souls everlasting. But know that you do not show these people the Lord Jesus Christ simply for the rewards it brings. You show these people Jesus Christ because you want to glorify God in their lives and bring them to eternal safety in God's kingdom. If we fight this spiritual war simply for rewards then we are fighting the wrong war. Know that we only deserve what God has given us. That and nothing more. If there is one reward we should seek it is knowing if we have pleased the Lord everyday and have made Him smile with what we have done.

For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way. Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise. And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle? They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive. So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first. And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny. But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny. And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house, Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day. But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny? Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee. Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good? So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
Matthew 20: 1-16

So in a nutshell, these are the two big priorities in our lives. To love and glorify God above all and to help your fellow man find the Lord so that he can also be saved. Do you remember the two great commandments that Lord Jesus said to us? Love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your strength and love your neighbor as yourself. This is your task at hand. Maybe if you have a talent or a gift, by all means use it to glorify the Lord and to point your fellow man into the Lord's direction. There are plenty of tasks at hand as well. Some people need to be prayed for and interceded for. Some people need to be torn from the grasps of the devil. Some people need to be healed and loved. Some of us need to petition the King of Heaven for mercy too. There is a multitude of tasks the Lord has put before us. In some cases too many to mention. But we all have a job to do and a duty to God.

Many people may not know Jesus Christ yet. Some of them may be our friends and family or even the pretty stranger you pass by on the road. Our goal should be to help them in the direction of the Lord so that they may see the Father's kingdom with us. But even though while we work, the work is still very plentiful. So I advise all other Christians to pray that God in Jesus Christ raise up more harvesters to help with the work of rescuing people to the Glory Kingdom.

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Watch who you blaspheme! Get right with God now

There have been several situations, during talks with some people, where they have openly rebuked the Lord. Despite the providing of constant explanations and the clarification of falsities in their claims, they refused to repent. Many continued not only rebuking the Lord but also openly blaspheming Him as well. One man went as far as calling the Holy Spirit a “parasite” when I told him how much the Holy Ghost wants to have communion with us in our hearts. If this man has willfully done what I think he did, he may have committed the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. A sin which is unforgivable. Only God knows for sure though so hopefully this gentleman still has a chance. In truth, if anyone is a parasite, it is us. We have to understand that it is WE who nurture off of the Holy Spirit of God. God's not getting anything from it, He's not getting more power from Him coming into our hearts, it is us who are benefiting from having the Spirit of God commune in us. We become more holy by the Spirit of the Lord with us, we become stronger men by the power of the Holy Ghost, and we become wiser because the Holy Spirit speaks to our hearts. The Bible tells the story of how Samson was attacked by a lion. During this assault the Holy Spirit came upon Samson and he was able to tear the Lion apart with his bare hands. Had the Holy Ghost not come upon Samson, he would have been a dead man. Yet this story is only a microcosm of what life is in general. Without the Spirit of God with us, we would all be dead men; either spiritually or physically. Jesus Christ Himself died at the cross so that men could finally have a closer relationship with the Spirit of God. So how is it that some stiff-necked men desire to call the Spirit of God a “parasite” when in fact we would be nothing without Him? That is not just blasphemy or disrespect it is also stupidity. The real parasite here is us. We are the ones, who when the Holy Spirit is with us, we grieve Him by willfully sinning, doing evil, or rebuking Him. But this is only an example of what insanity really is. To be reproved by the Lord over and over again, but yet still throwing God off is the ultimate form of insanity.

An American preacher, Paul Washer, once said during a conference in Holland that to reject God is insanity. Every breath we take is a gift from God. The very strength in our muscles are because He has breathed life into us. Nothing would move without the Lord giving it strength to. So it is insanity to use that breath He gives you to blaspheme Him. It is insanity to use the very strength that God has granted you, to raise up your fist and curse Him. This minister equated it to a person on life support in the Hospital who tries to pull the tubes out of him that are keeping him alive. God is the creator of life so when you say that you don't want life, then you are doing exactly what a person does when they commit suicide.

Not just the non-believer but the believer also must make sure not to grieve the Holy Spirit too. We can also act like parasites to the Holy Ghost if we grieve Him by willfully sinning. Know that if Christ has a bond with you then you become as a temple to Lord Jesus Christ. Thus the commandment of not doing evil should weigh even stronger for us who believe in Christ.

Another thing that is crazy to do, is to believe in God while not believing in the Son Jesus Christ. We simply cannot have God without Jesus Christ. The Son Jesus Christ is the heir of dominion and everything else; including judgment. Christ has the right to our total submission to Him as well. All you who ask why He is so special; well I'll tell you. Jesus Christ was the only person to ever resist sin and evil to the point of extreme frustration. He was the only person to have ever resisted sin and evil to the point of extreme anger. He was the only person to have ever resisted sin and evil to the point of extreme fear. And finally He was the only person to have ever resisted sin and evil to the point of extreme pain. Christ literally sweat blood to resist evil and save mankind. You and me never did this. So you better believe Jesus Christ commands the authority given to Him by His Father in Heaven. And if Jesus Christ says, He wants us to be follow His lead and His path, then you and me better follow it. Jesus Christ has that right because triumphed over everything.

Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works,
which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have
repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
Matthew 11:21

If you remain stiff-necked in rebuking and blaspheming God, then you do so at your own peril. The judgment of a person who continues to rebuke and blaspheme God gets even harsher, because they have already been warned many times. That verse above is an example of when people's hearts were so hardened that they constantly refused to repent of their evils. As a result the eventual judgment of those people in Chorazin and Bethsaida were going to be more harsh than others lands that were already judged brutally by God. As a matter of fact a saying was used through out the New Testament called “it will be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city”. We live in the information age. Getting the Word of God should be much easier than ever. Yet still you will see, every time you turn on the TV, people desecrating the Lord whenever they want. When I originally heard that the comedian George Carlin died, I was actually saddened by it. I knew that this man was going to have a lot to answer for when he had to go before the Throne. Sometimes I think how many people did he tear away from Christ with his routines and philosophies? How many people are now following the path to destruction because how guys like him deceived so many individuals. Same thing goes for guys like Anton Lavey who spent his life promoting satanic deceit throughout the world. I'm sure the Lord gave that man plenty of chances and warnings to repent, but Lavey still mocked the Lord. You can bet that his eventual destruction was much greater than others because men like him were warned and shown. Not only that but he also helped to lead countless other people astray with him into hell. Just think how many people read the satanic bible these days and practice satanism. We can only wonder about the steepness of his punishment of where he is now.

Recently upon making a video, a man thought it would be funny to leave a blasphemous message regarding Jesus Christ. To men like that I say to please hold your blasphemous jokes to tell the Lord in person when the day of judgment comes. We'll see how bold or funny you are then.

Everyone has to get right with God. I also have to make sure I am right with God even though I am a Christian. I am no more deserving than anyone else. I am dependent on the same redeeming blood of Jesus Christ just like the entire human race is. And the first step before anything in getting right with God is coming through His Son Jesus Christ first. There is no other way except through Jesus Christ.

Christ is the heir and has the right to everything. Since triumphed over all, He has the right to all. He is only worthy. And He is returning sooner than more people think, to sort that which He owns and that which He doesn't want. It's going to be at a time when the Lord's judgment will be without mercy. He will say “I gave you chances to repent but you did not”. Do not play with the Lord. Do not think He is a push-over. What He says...GOES.

But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation. Woe
unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now!
for ye shall mourn and weep. Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well
of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
Luke 6:24-26

We beseech thee Great Lord for Mercy

We plea to thee, our great God, for Mercy in the name of Jesus Christ.
For your day is coming very soon.
We beg thee for mercy towards those who know You,
For those who have backsliden,
For those who don't know Your Name yet,
and for those who foolishly doubt.
Let no man doubt that You are Lord and let no man forget that You hold all judgment.
My Lord it is times like these when we need You the most.
Please Lord shed us mercy, shed our families and friends mercy.
We know your day is coming soon and for some it will be like a thief in the night.
Your coming will be so sudden that it can catch anyone off guard.
The doors of your ark will close very soon.
Oh please God, in the name of Jesus, show us sons of men mercy.
Although your Kingdom is glorious and your deeds perfect and loving,
We know your judgment on earth will be darkness.
This is why we pray to You, Ruler of Heaven and Earth for mercy on us all.

It is times like these when we are losing in our spiritual battles, and it is times like these when Your Book of Life is closing that we all need you the most.
It is times like these when our hearts are grieved that we, a family member, a friend, or another human may not make it that we beg You to hold us closer.
The devil laughs at our pain and inflictions, so our only hope for life and love is The Son Jesus Christ.
We are all undeserving, but please great King, show your creation mankind mercy.
Show us mercy in the days to come,
Show us mercy during our life's tribulation,
Show us mercy when we lose some battles,
Show us mercy during your Great Day of Judgment,
You are our first and last hope.

In the name of Jesus Christ, AMEN.

If you never knew a lot about Jesus Christ: LISTEN NOW!

Let's pray for a moment....

Dear Lord, I have tried everything, people have come up short for me, and I am sinking in my troubles. Jesus come and free me from all this. I want to know more about You. I want to come close to You. I need Your help. Please fill my heart with You. Break me free from these chains and lift me up. Teach me my king and liberate me from the lies that I've been taught in the past. Please take me, Jesus Christ, and make me one of your children. I ask for forgiveness and I ask for your freedom. Make me a new person in You. In the name of Jesus Christ, AMEN.

One God in 3 Persons

And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, THREE MEN stood by him: and when he saw [THEM], he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:
Genesis 18: 1-3

Out of all the things that leave mankind in awe and astonishment, God is the greatest of them all. His perfect will, His perfect plan, and even His creation remains a mystery to many of us. Also some of the things God even reveals to us sometimes leaves us scratching our heads. One of these things is how God is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

In the start of the Bible at the book of Genesis, we read that God speaks to Himself as “Us” or “We”. The Lord talks about Himself in plural. For example “Let US make man in OUR image.” Even the original word used for the Lord, Elohim, is a plural word. When we wonder why God would talk to Himself in a plural form, the reason is because God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Thus the famous line in the song Holy Holy, which is “God in 3 Persons, blessed trinity”. The idea of Jesus Christ and God the Father being one, isn't just a new idea introduced in the New Testament, for Jesus Christ was always with God the Father since the start. Jesus Christ the Son was sometimes called “the Lamb who was slain before the foundation of the earth” and perhaps one of His most well known names which is “The Word of God”. But most of all, the most forward depiction of how Jesus Christ was one with God the Father comes from the first chapter of John's Gospel. It goes as this:

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”
“the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us”
John 1: 1/14

Here we see in crystal clarity how Jesus Christ “The Word of God” is, from the first and last, one with God the Father. One minister claimed that to say God created man because He was lonely is a blasphemy. He continued that God had always existed in perfect fellowship with Himself, in the form of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This relationship and solid connection of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is further explained in one of the letters of the Apostles.

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
1st John 5: 7

Yet again here is another explanation of the Elohim or God. That God is one in 3 persons. This in a way furthers the perfection of God, that God is so perfect that He has communion in Himself and needs nothing. If we look in the first book of Genesis in the Old Testament, God pays a little visit to Abraham. This meeting was so interesting because in this case, God comes to Abraham in the appearance of 3 Men. Further more, the times Abraham would beseech God during the encounter, he would address the 3 Men as he would address only one individual; ie his Lord God.

This unique nature of God as the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost exist in more that just in your face written words. There are also subtle clues placed all over the Bible that you can find too. One is told in the Gospels about the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Remember how the original Hebrew language and the Torah referred to God as “Elohim”. Well when Christ was crucified, He was recorded as saying “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani”. Notice how Jesus Christ calls God just “Eloi”. The reason of this is because Jesus Christ, God the Son, is calling to the Father part of the Trinity. Thus Jesus Christ just used the singular form of Elohim, which is Eloi, or God the Father.

To some people the Good Lord existing in threes seems like a hard concept to grasp. But I ask you all to merely consider how you exist yourself. God created you and every man with a flesh, a soul, and a spirit. You have 3 parts to yourself.

Jesus Christ is the bridge of God
Everyone has to understand why Jesus Christ the Son is so important when we want to get in touch with God. Jesus Christ's name in prophecy was Emmanuel, which means “God with us”. Jesus Christ was the very bridge of God to earth for us humans. So goes the saying “The Son is the way and the truth and the life. No one comes through the Father except through the Son”. Jesus Christ said during His time on earth, that if you have seen Him then you have seen the Father as well. If there ever was a part of the Trinity of God which bridged the huge gap between man and the Lord, it was in fact Jesus Christ.

One important thing to remember is that everything the Father God did was inevitably for the glory of the Son. And everything the Son Jesus Christ did was inevitably for the glory of the Father God. Jesus Christ suffered agony until death for the sake of being obedient to His Father God. God the Father also brought Jesus Christ out of death and did not let Him see destruction. Because Jesus Christ triumphed over death, sin, and the world, God has given Jesus Christ the dominion and judgment. As Jesus Christ sits at the right hand of the Father, Jesus also now holds the scepter of judgment because He is perfect. The Son has overcome all and triumphed over all thus it is imperative that we come to the Son if we want to go to the Father. Likewise all the things we do in life should be toward the glory of the Son. In the end the big question will be, “What have we done for the Son Jesus Christ? For to Him has He been given heir over all.”

Which brings me to another important thing to say. We cannot pretend to worship God and not know His Son Jesus Christ. It is impossible. I'm sure it also bothers the Lord how so many beliefs talk about God, but at the same time they forget to mention Jesus Christ the Son. We must NEVER think that a prayer, speech, sermon, or talk about God is complete without Jesus Christ in the picture. God is forgiving, yes, but we have to understand the reason God is forgiving is because of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ and His sacrifice is what is blocking the Lord's wrath from punishing us for our sins. There is nothing we can do to appease God for our evils, only Jesus Christ can do that. Because Jesus Christ died for all sin He is the only one worthy to show Himself before the Father. So if we want to come to God, we must do so through the Son Jesus Christ.

Finally brethren, Jesus Christ was the one who paved the way for us all. Many praises to Him for His great deeds. As He set the narrow path for us, we should follow it as He did. So let us live holy as Christ lived holy. He is the perfect and only example of how to be and how to act. No matter how difficult things may seem to grasp, we must still trust the Lord. We must say that “even if I can't understand everything you do, O' Lord, I still trust in you no matter what”. Thank the Lord through Jesus Christ and to Him be all the glory.

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds;
Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on High:
Being made so much better than the angels, as He hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
Hebrews 1: 1-4

A message from the Lord in Revelation 3

When I awoke today I found this verse from Revelation staring me in the face. I want everyone reading it to see if the Lord is telling them anything specially. When reading these verses from Revelation, take it as a hidden message to yourself if you can.

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of My mouth.
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
I counsel thee to buy of Me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me.
To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 3: 15-22

If the Holy Spirit has given you ears to hear this day, then this message may mean something unique to you. When the Lord talks about riches and goods, don't consider only material wealth but also spiritual fulfillment. Sometimes we may think we are spiritually perfect but we still have things we are lacking. The Lord says in the verses of bringing forth gold tried in the fire. This can be taken as Christ requiring spiritual fruit that had to be agonized over; spiritual fruit that didn't come easy. As Christ overcame the world and sin, we must overcome the world and sin also. If the Lord has reproved or chastised you this day by this message, then take it with some gladness. For if you are a son of God then the Lord will reprove you for any wrong you do. The Lord's knocking and saying let Him in. Open the door to your heart and bring the Lord in closer.

These the words of Jesus Christ before His capture

Upon waking up this day I talked to the Lord regarding if my life had Jesus Christ as it's focal point. I reached for my Bible and opened it up. Immediately these verses stared me in the face in clear red lettering. Everyone reading these verses spoken by the Lord should let them sink in their heads and hearts. It is with great humility that I even page these the words of Jesus Christ before His capture in the garden.

Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.
For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.
And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

John 17: 1-26

Read them over and over. Read them 1000 times if you must. Give ear and if the Lord is explaining things to you in this scripture. Know that everything you do should be about Jesus Christ. As judgment comes near and His day arrives closer, know that everything is about Jesus Christ. It is not about your car, your TV, your businesses, your sports, or your self glory. It is Jesus Christ who God raised on high, and it is Him which everything is focused upon.

If you never knew a lot about Jesus Christ: Read this NOW

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
John 15: 9

I want everyone who doesn't know about Jesus Christ or God to understand something. Jesus Christ LOVES you. Even though no one has taught you about Him yet or that no one has explained the Lord to you; Jesus Christ still loves you. Not only that, but Jesus Christ also believes in you, even if no one has told you to believe in Him yet. Even though all your friends and family have at one time betrayed you or forsake you, God has always been in love with you. If you have an addiction that you turned to because life got you down so hard, God wants to free you from it. If you were addicted to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, violence, pornography, fornication, homosexuality or anything else; God has authority over all your sins and can clean them from your record forever. Even if you used to worship the devil, God still loves you and wants to break you free from satan's filthy hands. For even the devil know Jesus Christ is Lord and that God has all the power!

God knew you since before you were born in the womb. He knew everything you went through in your life. He saw what happened when those people messed with you, or how family and friends betray you, or when you suffered in pain from those addictions. He knows you better than you know yourself. Every moment, even when you are sleeping, God is watching you and looking out for you.

Don't worry how shameful, harsh of silly you think your crimes are, God wants to free you from it right this moment. No matter what evil you have done or how often you have done this evil, God right now is willing to forgive you. No matter how terrible the abuse you went through was, He's going to heal you from it.

I know some of you have had violence done against you. Many of you might have gone through abuse or prejudice or rejection. Some of you might have had people look down on you as unimportant. But right now I want you to know, that God sees you as more valuable than gold and silver. You are more valuable than any precious gem in the world to God. This is a fact. I'll tell you why, because the very Son of God, Jesus Christ, was willing to die for you. That sin you have in your hand or on your body or what you do every night, Jesus Christ can free you from because He triumphed over all sin.

Let me tell you about Jesus Christ for a moment as well. Ever since the first man, God has promised us that there will come one who would free us all from our evils. Jesus Christ was not just a prophet, He was the Son of God Himself. He was God come in the flesh. If you ever imagined what God would be like as a human being, you should take a look at Jesus Christ. Remember that song “What if God was one of us”? Well God was in fact one of us 2000 years ago and His name was Jesus Christ. But unlike all of us, Jesus Christ lived perfectly without any sin and He had power beyond all men. Call Him a superman if you want. When legions of demons saw Jesus Christ, they all got terrified of Him. When storms were getting wild, Jesus Christ told the storm to be still and it cleared. Even when people were dead for days and started to smell, Jesus Christ told them to rise and they rose. The sick, the incurable, the broken, the lame....all of them were healed by Jesus Christ.

This was the love God had for you. That His pure and innocent Son was sent to you. Even when Jesus Christ was the only man to ever live perfectly, He still died for any sin or crime you did. Imagine you are about to go to the electric chair and suddenly the warden tells you: “Hey you, you're free to go. Someone has just said they will go in your place”. This is what Jesus Christ did 2000 years ago, so you can live and get into heaven. God didn't want to see you go to hell or see those people abuse you. He wants to see you set free.

Don't listen to what the TV, theologists, or militant atheists have told you about God. They never knew Him. Don't listen to what those people who abused you told you, they are all liars. Don't even listen to what the devil told you, because he knows that his time is short and God is coming to get him soon. Listen only to God. God Himself wants to tell you about Himself. And if you can't understand everything in one day, don't worry because the Lord will make you grow in His Word. I know because He made me grow in His Word too. God helped me to understand things I never ever knew. And the Lord wants to reveal things to you too.

Pray with me this moment...

You can't find God through a hardened heart

So many people try to understand God in all the wrong places. I've debated with many people who argue that they reject Jesus Christ because they claim certain factoids or scientific theory. They mention things like the written word, they mention historical gossip, they mention zeitgeist, they mention the personal history of apostles, they mention the history of Rome. All the while they refuse to realize that none of these will ever give them a personal relationship or closer understanding of God. The most tragic concept of it all is that some of them could gain an understanding of God, but they stubbornly just want to stay in mediocrity because it's all they knew. Other times they simply openly reject the truth because they don't want to let go of the world. The Holy Spirit is trying to speak to all of us, but sometimes we get caught up in meager things.

How, by understanding the deeds of mankind, do you think you can understand the love of Jesus Christ? The Lord said the distance between the thoughts of man and His thoughts are like the distance between the ground and the heavens. Even when people read the Bible more thought is put into useless things, like the Council of Nicea and the Emperor Constantine, than is put into the very thing the Bible is saying. The opponents of the Lord's gospel are more concerned with talking about how mean it was of Moses to fight the giants of the land of Canaan. At the same time they miss out and never dare speak about the sacrifices and pain of Jesus Christ for the sake of mankind. They will call God a murderer but never ever talk of how loving it was of Jesus Christ to get tortured for their very souls!

When I read the Bible I make sure not to develop the distorted view that the opponents of that book have. The Bible is NOT hate speech as ignorant people today would like to claim. When you look at the New Testament from a birds eye view it actually the greatest love story ever told. When I read the Bible it was an accurate account of history yes, but it was also the ultimate love story of God and mankind. If you take a step back and look at the New Testament, it's really talking of a raggedy lost woman (mankind) and this handsome prince (Jesus Christ) who comes along to save her at the risk of His own life. Yet every time I hear a militant atheist address Jesus Christ they say how murderous His teachings were. However those same people who try to slander the Lord's name refuse to talk about the over 100 million people who were killed because of the militant atheist teachings of Stalin and Mao. Every time I hear a secularist humanist say how Jesus Christ's ideas inspired mass murder, they usually have a Che Guevara t-shirt on; a man who advocated thermal nuclear war for the sake of revolution.

Jesus Christ NEVER killed an American Indian! Jesus Christ NEVER told a white man he couldn't marry a black female! Jesus Christ NEVER beat up slaves in a cotton field! Jesus Christ NEVER rolled with a bunch of guys armed with baseball bats to beat up a gay guy! Jesus Christ NEVER beat up a woman with His fists! And Jesus Christ NEVER ordered someone to be stoned because they disobeyed Him! Yet why is it that these days we hear people accuse Jesus Christ of these very things?!

I'll tell you why, it's because they want to justify their public acts of filth in gay pride parades. They want to justify how it's ok for men to marry other men. Feminists want to justify their war of destruction against the traditional family. Militant atheists just want to justify their reason to hate. How do you think that by openly rejecting God, that He will suddenly fall into your lap at this moment? How do you think you will comprehend the gospels and it's lessons if you rather find your wisdom from the Da Vinci Code and theology? This is why Pharisees used to give Jesus Christ so much disrespect, because they were more concerned with tradition and laws rather than loving their fellow man. The thought they could find God through being self-righteous while all that time God the Son was right in front of their eyes.

Everyone un-stuff you ears, including other Christians who are trying to justify a wrong doing. The Holy Spirit is speaking to you now and He wants you to open yourself up seriously. Stop blocking the ears of your heart from Him. If you truly long for an understanding of God as you claim you must open your heart to Him. Stop looking to theology or logical philosophies that you only create to take your mind off of where you are really heading. Pray to the Lord right now and ask Him to turn your heart to Him. Meditate on His Word. You cannot blame God in the end if you are not let into His kingdom. He will say He already tried to reach you many times in the past.

Once you forgive all, God will forgive you

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Luke 6: 7

Forgiveness is like being broken free from chains. When you forgive God will forgive you for whatever you done. We've all done offenses against the Lord, so forgiving all is almost a requirement for us to grow. Don't listen to the TV and how it builds up your hate, instead listen to the Lord who knows all things.

I once got into heated disagreements with several men. One of these men was an atheist. I figured I would never forgive or want to talk to either of these guys again. To me I thought what I said to them, they should have deserved. But I was wrong. The Lord opened my heart and revealed to me that as one of His children it was unrighteous of me to hold a hate grudge against anyone. It was also not right to leave some of the harsh things I said to them. At first I didn't want to talk to them and forgive because I thought it would start another fight. Yet the Lord showed me that this was the right thing to do and that it was the footsteps to His Kingdom.

Finally one day I muscled up enough courage to do it and I said to these two men that I forgive them for whatever they did to me. Not only that but I also apologized to them and asked them for forgiveness for whatever I did to them that was offensive. The result of what happened surprised even me. Originally I was expecting them to just curse me out, but instead they showed much respect and love. Even the atheist man told me he forgot about it long ago and that he wants me to be in peace and safety! It was one of the most beautiful things I ever saw.

The second gentleman who I made peace with was actually another Christian! Apparently at the time we argued, he was going through some rough spots in his life and the stress made him hurt. The letter he wrote back to me nearly made me cry. All this time here was another brother in Christ and I didn't know. I wish to this day I probed the situation further with deeper understanding. This man is now like an older brother to me. This should prove a good lesson to everyone; the man or woman whom you hold a grudge against may very well be a potential friend, ally, buddy, or even soul mate. As the Lord said, be slow to wrath, slow to anger, and quick to love.

Forgiveness can be a positive contagion as well. Imagine if your friends and neighbors saw you forgive and become friends to an enemy. Such an act would bring much glory to God and set a positive example to those who bear witness to it. They will see the power of love and forgiveness and practice it in their life as well!

Forgiveness has also brought me closer to God. Sometimes forgiveness is the hardest thing to do, but through the difficulty it is also a test. The Lord saw me overcome by forgiving everyone who has crossed me. Growing up in Newark, I steadily grew hatred for the blacks here from the constant racism I went through. It seemed as if hatred would have been a permanent etch inside my heart. But God showed me otherwise. He showed me that He had authority over all my anger and hatred and that I should give it to Him. That day I said I would finally let go and forgive; I became free. I knew then that if I could forgive the greatest of my enemies, I could forgive anyone and everyone. Everything else went into place, soon I forgave those who broke my heart, those who I ever fought with, those who ever offended me, etc, etc. Through the power of forgiveness in Jesus Christ, I was able to knock down stronghold after stronghold in my life. I also want to say this to everyone reading this: No matter what color or nationality you are, if you have accept the Lord Jesus as savior, then you are now my brother in Christ and of my spiritual family.

I was watching the testimony of one man who received several visions of Heaven and Hell. Upon his first vision of hell an angel told him that if the book were to close on his life today, he would be there in hell. The gentleman questioned why since he was such a great preacher and helper to God's kingdom. The angel replied that it was because he didn't forgive his wife and others who offended him. So it is very necessary that we all let go and forgive before we stand before the Lord.

I know what some of you are saying: “But I'm too tough to forgive. That's just not what I do”. Well to you I say think about the how Esau forgave Jacob. In the Old Testament Isaac had two sons, Esau the older and Jacob/Israel the younger. Esau was a man's man. Esau was strong, an accomplished hunter, swift, skilled with weapons, had lots of wives, and wasn't afraid to show the hair on his chest. He was the Daniel Boone and Davie Crockett of ancient times. Then there was his brother Jacob who was not as hardcore as Esau was. Jacob was well known to trick Esau out of many things. One of the things Jacob convinced Esau to do was to sell off his very birthright. However one day Jacob went too far and beguiled Esau out of the blessing that Issac gave him. Esau was furious over what Jacob did to him and said that if he ever got his hands on Jacob that he would kill him. It got so bad that their mother convinced Jacob to go into hiding less he got killed.

As years passed Jacob eventually returned to his land and to Esau his brother. What Esau did at that moment was amazing---he forgave Jacob! After all the stuff that Jacob did against him, he simply ran up and embraced his brother after all those years. And as a symbol of his love back to his brother, Jacob gave him countless flocks of herd animals to Esau. If a tough-guy like Esau can do that level of forgiveness, then so can you!

Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath aught against thee; leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
Matthew 5: 23-24

I want everyone to know if you've ever done any offense to me you are forgiven and if I have done any offense towards you I apologize to you. If you ever owed me the slightest red penny or largest dollar bill, it is now as if you never owed me anything. All I.O.U's in my possession are torn up. Go now and be free from any dept and offer your gifts before the altar. My only requirement is that you all make sure your name is written in the Book of Life and that your feet are inside the Lord's domain when the doors close. God keep you and bless you all forevermore.

Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants. And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents. But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made. The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt. But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt. So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done. Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
Matthew 18: 23-35

A Christian must bear fruit

One of the requirements the Lord set forth for us and one of the reasons we were chosen by the Lord is so that we could bear fruit. During His time on earth, Jesus Christ went to a fig tree for food. When He saw that the tree was baron, He said “May no fruit grow on you again” and it thus withered and died. To avoid the fate of that fig tree we should bear fruit for the Lord daily in anyway we can. It is said that you will know the tree by it's fruit and if a tree is leafless and bare, then it's definitely not a tree you would want to keep in your yard. A tree like that just gets chopped up and used as firewood. We grow in the Lord's yard and heaven is an eternally fertile place. Because of this we should always be fertile with our works for the Lord.

There are many ways Christians can be fruitful. I'm not saying do things towards your own glory or to just make yourself feel better, because then you are doing things for your own pride. Rather you should do things for the Lord's glory. Some do charity to glorify God, some spread the gospel, some talk about Christ with others, some lead others to Christ, some pray and intercede, some write about the Lord, some preach the gospel,---the fruit for God's glory is a potpourri of things. Just as fruit comes in all shapes and sizes, what we do for the Lord can be a multitude of things to His honor. The Lord set you aside since birth to be a fruit bearing tree in this world. The world may not see the Lord, but it will see you; the fruit bearing tree. When the world sees you as a testament of what the Lord is about, then the world will follow suit and turn their hearts unto Christ.

In order to bear fruit we must deny ourselves daily, take up our cross, and follow the Lord. This means we must put the Lord first before ourselves. We must wake with the eagerness and mentality of what the Lord wants today, not the mentality of when do we go clubbing or when do we get paid. Love the Lord with all your strength, not half of your strength. Put God first in your life. Once we have our minds focused on God, then bearing the fruit of His kingdom will come easy.

If we can't work for God then we are useless. When Jesus returns He said He wants to see His servants working. He used the parable of the workers field where one of the workers felt that his master was delaying his return. When the master returned unexpectedly, the disobedient worker was beat with many lashes. However the obedient workers who were seen continuing with their work and producing good fruit was rewarded highly.

You will know the tree by it's fruit. A bad tree cannot bear good fruit and a good tree cannot bear bad fruit. The things we produce everyday for God's Kingdom must be Godly and holy. Turn your hearts to Jesus Christ and be holy, then your fruit will be plentiful and holy too. So tonight, ask yourself, “Did I do everything I could for God today?” and when you wake up in the day also ask yourself “What can I do for God today? God in Jesus Christ give me the strength to do your will today”. If a man knows something is right and does not do it, it is a sin.

Prayer:
My Lord as this day and every day begins, give me the strength to do your will. Let your will be triumphant in my life over my own will. Give me the strength to do your work this day and let me not put my own selfish desires before your tasks at hand. Turn my heart unto you this day so that I keep you paramount in my thoughts and focus. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, AMEN.

Meditation: Let the Lord be praised

Let the Lord be praised with every tongue that speaketh
Let every language sing and rejoice in Him who is on the judgment seat of Heaven
Let every breeze of the wind and crash of the ocean waves sing praises to God
With every flap of the Seraphim's wings God is sung to of His greatness
Let every nation that lays on the earth sing tribute to His majesty
For God causes the night to set and the day to rise and the east to be separate from the west
Let the sacrifice of the Lord be remembered everlasting, The crowned Lord Jesus Christ
Let every man know the accomplishment the Lord won even in His weakness at Calvary
Yea His law is flawless, His mercy is giving, His grace is invigorating, and His love is abundant
His presence is total holiness and actions are the uttermost perfection
Let all who are in earth or heaven above sing praises to Him who wears the righteous Crown
Let He who reigns in Heaven and shall judge the nations, allow us, the unworthy sing thanks
Let us thank Him from before time began, to His crown of thorns, to His crown of Glory
His blood has washed clean, His blood has redeemed, His blood has purchased the white robe
The consuming fire, the eternal love, the truth, and the way
Eternal praise unto the God of Abraham, Moses, and Peter---Selah

A prayer for the starving

You know plenty of people go without food in the world but worst of all plenty of people go without the food for the soul and spirit. The food for the soul and the spirit is the Holy Ghost. Some of these starving people may very well either be your brethren in Christ or you fellow man. The food you eat in a day might be more than some eat in a week, and in terms of the spirit, it may be more than some have in all their lives. There are places in the world who aren't as fortunate to have a Bible with them at all times as we do. And in worse cases, they go through persecution for having one. So if you have a chance today let's do a little prayer for our brethren and fellow man around the world who are hungry---both in Body and Spirit.

Holy and most merciful Father in Heaven. We thank you for the food we receive everyday. We thank you for remembering us and nurturing us both in body and spirit. Lord we ask you to supply us with our daily bread every day. We ask You to remember our brethren in Christ and our fellow man who go without food or water. We humbly ask you to fill their bodies with water and food so that they neither thirst nor hunger this day. Most of all my Lord, we ask you to fill their souls and spirits with the Holy Ghost. For the spirit is worth more than the flesh and thus should be nurtured more than even the fleshy body. Lord fill them this day and every other day with your Spirit so that they may rejoice in feeling the hand of God in their lives. Let them not fear persecution or worry about tomorrow but be in comfort that the Lord is with them at all times and protecting them. For if You be with us, then who can be against us? We have seen your power as it was testified in your Word and how you can feed great multitudes with left over scraps. We believe and trust in You, God of Abraham, that you can feed our brethren, fellow man, and us at all times and can cover us with your grace. We pray that we live off of your bread daily and that we are supplied by you daily: Not becoming too rich that we forget and become less mindful of you and Not becoming too poor that we steal or become resentful of You. Truly we are fortunate to know You and be in the truth with love and understanding. In the holy name of Jesus Christ the Son, the King, and the Redeemer...AMEN.
